Becoming A Licensed Real Estate Broker

Real Estate Belmont Basically to have your license, here is the first stage to have it. You should have to accumulate at least three years of experience as a real estate sales licensee within five years prior to applying for a real estate broker's license. This is the standard qualification. Not only that, you have to take 90 hours of broker's pre-licensing education and pass the final exam because if not, you have to go back and re take that exam again. The school and courses must be approved by the state's real estate department, or the school should be accredited by the education commission of the state.
Real Estate Belmont So basically you have to take and have to pass the state and federal real estate exams. The examination will be administered by a testing center approved by your state's real estate department, just like any other estate examination, but before taking these two tests, you will first need to complete 90 hours of broker's pre-licensing education. You have to have your finger prints taken at a location approved by your state's department of real estate. What will happen then is the results will be sent to your state's real estate department.
